Itlu Amma speaks of the need for the universal motherhood that emphasizes the responsibility of sharing love with all born on this planet without any sort of discrimination based on region, race, religion, caste, language etc. It stresses for prime societal concern (particularly by women) for worldly challenges of hunger, disease, poverty, and war.
The film revolves around a traditional widow, who transforms from a person of socio-psychological isolation to a person with the spirit of universal motherhood, social commitment and activism.

Dr Murali Bommaku is B.E in Computer Science and Engineering from Osmania University and College of Engineering 1992-1996, Worked for 16 years in Software Programming in TCP/IP, Socket, Multithread, COM/DCOM, System Kernel Programming and Firmware Programming.
Dr Murali Bommaku returned from US in 2007 and started construction and real estate business as builder. Mean time did research in caste and religion and got appreciation with Ph.d in 2017 and same as subject and concept to produce a movie in telugu Sharanam Gachchami, completed LL.B in 2020.
Dr Murali Bommaku would like to produce movies based on message and subject which unfold about knowledge related to Indian Constitution. Movie is all about the reflection of the day to day life in present times, constitution will direct the human with humanity to lead life in since after Indian constitution is in force. Dr Murali Bommaku aiming at owning film studio with all equipment and produce at least 100 movies related to Indian constitution and humanity.
